MemberCard Expiry Extension Update
Our MemberCards are an important tool our members rely on. As of September 1st, we conducted a mass MemberCard expiry extension, so that we could properly review options to continue to ensure we provide members with the best banking experience possible.
For members with a MemberCard that expired in January to September and the rest of 2023, MemberCards will work at POS terminals; however, some POS terminals may have the ability to determine the expiry date and decline with the message, expired card. Your online banking, MyCCU Mobile App and ATM transactions are operating as normal. We recommend members carry two forms of payment as a precaution.
