This year’s AGM will include a proposed amendment to the Articles of Amalgamation to include an Associate Member status.*
* Members have the right to dissent to the proposed amendment in writing prior to, or in person at the meeting.
Transportation
Compass Credit Union will provide transportation to members wanting to attend the Annual General Meeting. The bus will depart from 1016 Rosser Avenue, Brandon at 5:30pm and will return once the meeting is concluded (Approx. 9:00pm).
Space is limited so advance registration for the bus is required.

A special meeting will be held to amend the By-Laws, following the conclusion of our AGM.*
Proposed By-Law amendments introduce an Associate Membership class, including eligibility, limits, and rights. Additional updates clarify membership termination provisions and certain governance and administrative processes.
* The proposed By-Law amendment shall be conditional upon and only effective upon the Registrar’s approval of the articles of amendment and shall be effective as of the date the Registrar approves the articles of amendment.
