POSTAL SERVICE DISRUPTION NOTICE:
September 25, 2025
Due to the Canada Post Strike all correspondence that is sent via Postal Mail will be delayed until the end of the strike. Compass Credit Union will be working with our members to find alternative methods of correspondence.
How does this impact me?
If you usually receive your statements via Postal Mail, your printed statements will be delayed. Also, any other items coming in the Mail such as Cheque Orders, or New Personalized Debit or Credit Cards will be delayed.
What can I do?
Your statements are available in digital format through your online banking. If you haven’t already done so, we encourage all members to sign up for E-Statements or view their statements in their online banking. If you require assistance, please feel free to reach out to your local branch and we will be more than happy to help:

Members will still be expected to ensure timely payments on all financial obligations, including credit cards, loans, and mortgages. For matters requiring prompt attention, such as mortgage or investment renewals, our team will reach out via phone or email. Less urgent items may experience temporary delays.
